How does tracking work?

When someone clicks your referral link, your unique code is stored on their device permanently. If they purchase any FreshStarts product — even months later — you get credit for the sale.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are paid monthly via your preferred method (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or paper check). You'll receive a monthly summary of your earnings and a payout within the first week of each month.

What does "recurring in perpetuity" mean?

For subscription products like Website Hosting, you earn commission every single month the customer pays — for as long as they stay subscribed. Refer 10 hosting clients and you'll earn $198/month, ongoing.

Do I need a W-9?

Yes. We'll need a completed W-9 before your first payout (IRS requirement for the 1099-NEC threshold). You can submit it through your partner dashboard after approval. We'll send you all the details.

What if the customer uses a discount code?

You still get credit! Commission is calculated on the final price after any discounts. So if a customer uses a 20% off code on CourtKeeper ($2,399.20), your commission is 20% of that — $479.84.
